2. Payments

• A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before trip commencement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• All prices are quoted in USD (or equivalent) unless stated otherwise.

• Any bank charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the client.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

• Refund amounts depend on the timing of cancellation and services already arranged (permits, accommodations, transportation, etc.).

• Certain costs such as permits, flight tickets, and government fees are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued for unused services, early departure, or voluntary trip termination.

4. Trip Changes & Itinerary Adjustments

• Ever Peak Adventure reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, political situations, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Changes are made in the best interest of client safety and overall experience.

• No compensation will be provided for itinerary changes beyond our control.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure they are physically and mentally fit for their chosen trip.

• Accurate personal, medical, and travel information must be provided at the time of booking.

• Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and required vaccinations.

• Respect for local culture, customs, laws, and environmental guidelines is mandatory.

6. Travel Insurance

• Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellation, and high-altitude activities is mandatory for all participants.

• Ever Peak Adventure is not responsible for any losses arising from inadequate insurance coverage.

7. Health, Safety & Risk Acknowledgement

• Adventure travel involves inherent risks including injury, illness, altitude sickness, weather changes, and natural hazards.

• By booking with Ever Peak Adventure, clients acknowledge and accept these risks.

• Clients agree to follow the guidance of guides and staff at all times for safety reasons.

8. Use of Images & Media

• Ever Peak Adventure may use photographs or videos taken during trips for promotional purposes.

• If you do not wish your images to be used, please inform us in writing before or during the trip.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• Ever Peak Adventure is not liable for delays, injuries, loss, damage, or expenses caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked with us.

10. Third-Party Services

• We work with trusted local partners for accommodations, transportation, and flights.

• Ever Peak Adventure is not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party service providers.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nepali courts.
